📋 Description

• Own the AI-driven product end-to-end from existing prototype through launch and scale • Define product vision and translate it into a roadmap from MVP to scaled, revenue-generating premium feature • Create and manage the quality backlog, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases • Design the human-in-the-loop experience and determine where AI acts autonomously versus where humans confirm • Own the legal, consent, and compliance framework with Legal and leadership before launch • Define and own success metrics covering quality, coverage, efficiency, and user trust • Coordinate cross-team dependencies across the wider platform • Establish monitoring, alerting, escalation, and support processes for a live operation • Define operating cadence, health criteria, review cycles, launch blockers, and residual risks • Define the required team structure for an agentic product and build the engineering team • Staff and grow the team as the product develops

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Ownership / Product Management experience • Ideally experience in a data-driven, platform, or marketplace environment • Proven track record of taking an early-stage capability from prototype to a live product used by customers at volume • Experience building or owning a quality and evaluation loop for an AI product • Experience running a live operation, including monitoring, quality, incident paths, or daily customer-facing processes • Evidence of shaping a product team by defining roles and hiring or growing team members • Comfort with AI/LLM-driven products and understanding agent behaviour and success/quality/cost trade-offs • Strong analytical judgment and fluency in metrics, OKRs, and experimentation • Maturity to own legal, compliance, data-handling, and operational-risk topics and drive them to decisions • Clear, structured communication • Comfort creating clarity in ambiguous situations • Fluency in English
