📋 Description

• Support building systems for internal linking, sitemap and indexability lifecycle management, taxonomy, and automated content optimization across millions of URLs, markets, and languages • Write code and build scrapers, scripts, internal dashboards, and data-pull automations • Use LLMs and automation to build, investigate, and scale SEO work • Own crawl and indexation health on a high-URL-velocity site • Analyze server access logs and build early-warning systems for crawl anomalies, indexation drops, and regressions • Diagnose, measure, and instrument page speed using real-user metrics, lab traces, network, rendering, and server data • Debug rendering edge cases, redirect chains, CDN/edge behavior, bot-versus-user serving, and caching bugs across the full stack • Co-design and run large-scale SEO experiments and turn results into rollout decisions • Automate recurring SEO work • Serve as the technical communicator between SEO and engineering • Write specifications, guide architectural decisions, and communicate SEO scalability and performance needs • Support SEO Product Managers with technical opportunity discovery and requirement setting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical SEO with proven organic growth results • Hands-on experience with sites having 1M+ indexed URLs and high URL velocity • Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environment • Ability to create code in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or PHP • Deep understanding of HTTP, networking, servers, CDNs, edge compute, caching, redirects, rendering, and modern JavaScript frameworks • Fluency in browser developer tools • Strong data skills with access logs, Google Search Console, crawl data, and analytics • Ability to build dashboards and reports • Pragmatic growth mindset and ability to learn quickly • Strong communication skills for explaining technical SEO problems to developers, product, and leadership
