• Build backend services from scratch — from architecture to deployment. • Design RESTful APIs and highly concurrent systems that handle real‑world scale. • Solve complex engineering problems and make sound decisions about priorities. • Collaborate closely with other engineers to deliver fast, maintainable code. • Contribute to a culture of ownership: review code, share knowledge, and mentor where you can.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development. • Proven track record of building greenfield systems (not just maintaining legacy code). • Proficiency in Golang or Python (both are great). • Experience with cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker). • Strong grasp of REST API design , distributed systems, and concurrency.
