📋 Description

• Identify, project plan, implement, and monitor supply chain expense or utilization opportunities to optimize total organizational expenses • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to optimize selection, standardization, and utilization of products and services • Work with Supply Chain subdivisions to ensure products and services are accurately priced, timely available, appropriately stocked, and efficiently delivered • Conduct advanced analytics and scenario-based outcome assessments to evaluate Total Cost of Ownership impacts • Optimize product and service expense and pricing through supply market analysis, value analysis, benchmarking, and utilization assessment • Conduct competitive analysis and bidding • Develop and execute negotiation strategies with suppliers • Implement required contractual agreements for assigned product and service categories • Evaluate contractual agreements and proposals and negotiate commercial terms, business risk, and guideline adherence • Monitor portfolio expenses after contract execution to ensure category and contract compliance • Develop a semi-annual pipeline of savings opportunities through renegotiation, RFPs, spend consolidation, procurement support, and adoption of contract-management and e-sourcing technology • Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and validity in all work • Perform in-depth financial analysis to support comprehensive value-based business decisions • Facilitate Value Analysis meetings as required • Develop complex bid solicitations, review proposals, and negotiate vendor terms • Ensure bidding follows an open, fair, transparent, ethical procurement process • Persuade, influence, and negotiate multi-million-dollar vendor contracts • Identify stakeholders, suppliers, team members, and vendor organizations and build appropriate relationships • Build a supplier performance management process • Apply standard work, procedures, and tools to achieve objectives and deliverables within defined timescales and budgets • Lead sourcing initiatives supporting healthcare construction projects, facilities management, engineering services, capital improvements, and building operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Facilities Procurement, Construction Procurement, or a related field • Experience with strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, contract management, facilities procurement, or construction procurement • Critical Thinking • Information Technology Project Management • Leads Others • Working Independently • Ability to work remotely from Pennsylvania • Ability to attend a yearly on-site system meeting • Must comply with organization policies and procedures • Does not qualify for J-1 waiver
