📋 Description

• Build complex data models and conduct complex data analysis in support of research projects. • Coordinate data and data analysis activities across multiple studies. • Lead a specific gene-environment interaction analytic project for the GEARS autism center of excellence. • Develop, manage, and maintain a database of survey data from a multi-site study. • Develop standard operating procedures for initial data entry and data updates. • Oversee quality control procedures for the database and ongoing analysis. • Develop data models and conduct statistical analyses of data collected to support empirical study. • Build transmission models and create software tools across diverse programming languages to support research efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in related field. • One-year of related experience. • Highly specialized advanced knowledge, education and/or training in a specialized field of study to conduct research. • PhD in a related field (preferred). • Genetic epidemiology or statistical genetics training and experience (preferred). • Experience performing analyses on a high-performance compute cluster, utilizing parallelization and multi-threading, and mastery of the R statistical language (preferred). • Experience in neurodevelopmental outcomes and prenatal exposures (preferred).
