📋 Description

• Collaborate with the selected partner to implement the MDM tool and its processes, ensuring alignment with Governance and Quality requirements. • Integrate the MDM tool with SAP ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Define and implement MDM tool Governance Principles according to Landis+Gyr’s compliance requirements and vendor recommendations. • Work with the MDM Tool Owner and Global Data Owners to establish an MDM roadmap. • Develop and enforce an MDM tool RACI framework. • Establish policies, processes, and technical measures to maintain the long-term health of the MDM tool. • Ensure the MDM tool and its architecture are prepared to support future business needs. • Perform administration and maintenance tasks following the Governance Principles. • Manage MDM tool access roles and permissions. • Lead the planning and execution of yearly upgrades. • Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for MDM tool users. • Collaborate with the vendor support team to escalate and resolve issues. • Create and maintain internal MDM tool documentation. • Work with Global IT and Global Data Owners to expand the MDM tool to additional data objects, countries, and applications. • Develop workflows, integrations, and data validation mechanisms. • Translate technical complexities for Global Data Owners to ensure understanding of design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an MDM tool administrator. • Participation in at least one MDM tool implementation project integrating with SAP ERP and a CRM platform.
