📋 Description

• Lead functional and technical issue resolution for SAP EWM in production support environments. • Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions. • Manage and execute change requests, enhancements, and service improvements. • Collaborate closely with Basis, ABAP, and Integration (PI/CPI) teams for resolution of cross-component issues. • Support warehouse execution, RF transactions, PPF actions, and resource management. • Maintain integration between EWM and ERP/TM/QM modules. • Manage interfaces with third-party logistics and automation systems (e.g., conveyors, MFS, scanners). • Analyze system logs, background jobs, queues, and IDocs for diagnostics and issue resolution. • Apply SAP OSS Notes, implement SAP standard corrections, and coordinate testing and deployment. • Contribute to the AMS knowledge base with documentation and RCA summaries. • Support SLA management and continuous service improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in EWM design and configuration and knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables • Ability to understand business processes from the customer's perspective • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact effectively with others • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, French speaking is an asset. • Public Cloud experience an asset
