📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects, from planning to go-live and stabilization. • Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Oversee the work of functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. • Drive project governance and reporting, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations. • Coordinate with internal and external partners, vendors, and key business stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of project issues. • Ensure successful change management and user adoption during deployment. • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, project estimations, and client presentations when required.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP implementation projects • Proven record of managing S/4HANA end-to-end implementations or complex SAP rollouts • Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points • Certified in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile frameworks • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (and Spanish if applicable)
