• Act as a hands-on application expert in certified SuccessFactors module(s) • Provide intermediate to advanced level knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules • Lead and manage full implementation lifecycle for SuccessFactors solutions • Prepare and review project deliverables and ensure work remains within project scope • Advise Project Leads and Project Managers on best-practice decisions tailored to client • Lead design workshops and define solution design practices and standards • Support Project Leads translating business goals into feasible optimized solutions • Provide impact assessments for Quarterly Releases • Enrich and develop reusable content/IP/tools (accelerators, enablers) and contribute to practice knowledge base • Support pre-sales activities: develop/review roadmaps, estimates, and RFP/RFQ responses • Assist with demonstrations and deliver high-quality presentations • Support functional and technical leads in workshops and design proof of concepts • Assist in preparation of workshop and training materials • Identify process improvements and provide clear solution definitions • Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements and objectives • Develop system configurations per client specifications and best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues or defects as assigned • Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices • Provide post-go-live application support under Managed Services model • Complete continuing education to attain and maintain professional certifications • Perform other duties as assigned
• Intermediate to Senior level SAP SuccessFactors Consultant • 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience • 3+ full life cycle implementations (3+ implementations in candidate's certified area highly desirable) • Certifications in multiple SuccessFactors modules preferred (Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment Marketing, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation, Variable Pay, Time Off, Benefits, etc.) • Nice to have: knowledge of SAP Payroll (on-premise and EC Payroll) • Nice to have: Experience with Employee Central Payroll and integration with other SF modules (replication, Payroll Control Center) • Experience implementing integrations with third party applications (timekeeping systems) • Experience with data migration and data management activities in SuccessFactors • Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors • In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Analytical and solutions oriented; ability to solve complex problems • Ability to assess and optimize client systems using system functionality and best practices • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team and independently • Ability to manage time and multiple projects with attention to detail • Strong organizational, planning and management skills • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Multiple module certifications preferred; industry certifications desirable (PMP, SAP HR, ITIL, etc.)
