• We are looking for an Employer Success Manager who can work with our inbound employer requests and convert them to get successfully launched on our platform. • UAtalents is a platform that helps Ukrainians displaced due to the war find job opportunities with European and companies worldwide. • We have launched on 7th of March with Meta, Zalando, Flixbus, Bolt, Gorillas and a group of Vs as partners and landed 16K jobs, 25K applicants and got 2.5M page views, c.50K job applications and estimate to have gotten 5K+ applicants to screening interviews with c.500 hired. • We are a highly mission-driven organization with a strong social impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales • EU/US markets traction is a must • 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles • Knowledge of email/linkedin outreach techniques and tools • Experience within Tech products • Traction in DACH region • Any knowledge of German
