• Du taler og skriver dansk på et modersmål niveau og du er flydende i engelsk (B2). • Erfaring i kundesupport er en fordel, men ikke et must. • Du har en grundlæggende forståelse og niveau af computerfærdigheder. Fremragende multitasking færdigheder. • Du har et ønske om at lære og avancere, og være en nysgerrig efterforsker og problemløsning. • Stærke kommunikationsevner med fremragende telefon samtale færdigheder, opmærksomme lyttefærdigheder. Du har gode interpersonelle relationdeling færdigheder.
