📋 Description
• Take care of the entire P2P (Procure to Pay) process related to the purchases assigned for various customers • Interpret the briefing of the client • Search for suppliers • Request for quotations, negotiate on quality, price, quantity, payments terms, delivery time and packaging • Place the orders • Follow up on orders and ensure correct and timely delivery • Look for suitable solutions in case of problems • Do administrative follow-up and process the orders in the purchasing software system of the company • Take care of the invoicing • Ensure an excellent relationship with the suppliers and ensure first call resolution in the communication with the client.
🎯 Requirements
• You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a good level • Experience with ERP, Oracle, SAP etc. and experience with administrative work is a plus • You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills • Stress-resistant, positive, and confident, staying calm even under pressure • You multitask with ease and make independent decisions when needed • You are organized and detail-oriented, you deliver quality work while keeping results in focus.
