📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Engineering • Responsible for the run and delivery of your squad • Manage your team members (N+1 manager of all squad developers) • Regularly monitor team engineers for optimal conditions to carry out tasks • Support skills development and progression of team members • Participate in recruitment with HR • Direct contribution to squad work in a technical capacity • Identify problems occurring in production • Improve development processes, tools, and standards • Ensure delivery and success of your team • Organize and lead technical design meetings • Collaborate with other teams on cross-functional topics

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (more than 4 years) in backend development and at least 2 as team leader • First significant experience in people management or coaching people • High level expectations for yourself and your team • Motivation to carry out the project of your squad from start to finish until the arrival in production • Good communicator, comfortable communicating with non-technical teams and understanding their issues and those of our users • Fluent in English
