• Lead, develop, and directly manage a team of Field Reimbursement Managers with access and fulfillment responsibilities across Neuroscience healthcare provider accounts • Execute the PECS Field Reimbursement Manager strategy • Enable healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with information, tools, and resources to help patients start and stay on therapy • Foster communication across Patient Access, Pharmacy Access, Medical, Market Access, Brand Marketing, and Field Sales departments • Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team • Lead a regionally aligned team of up to 10 direct reports to maximize access and fulfillment impact • Develop long- and short-term strategic plans and manage execution of related tactics • Drive team culture, accountability, FRM performance, customer relationships, and overall team goals • Coach FRMs to use data insights and account management competencies to address access barriers • Support identification and resolution of access and fulfillment obstacles, including Buy & Bill, Medical Benefit, Assignment of Benefit, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy benefit matters • Build trust-based relationships and collaborate with Sales District Managers, SCG, Franchise Marketing, Brand, and other partners • Work in the field with minimal supervision • Manage and allocate budget in alignment with team objectives • Carry out responsibilities in adherence to the JJIM Credo, HCC Guidelines, and FRM Rules of Engagement • Report to the Field Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions within PECS
• Bachelor’s Degree is required • Minimum of 8 years healthcare business related experience required • Knowledge of account management, managed care, and reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit/buy & bill benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, office operations, and appeals processes • 3+ years of direct people management • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and performance success in prior roles • A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States • Reside within the geography or be willing to relocate to it • MBA or other related graduate level degree preferred • Concentration in biopharmaceutical market access, field reimbursement, or managed markets preferred • Neuroscience disease state experience preferred • MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications preferred • Proven ability to navigate high profile, complex business circumstances • Experience developing and executing customer-oriented strategies • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical/problem solving skills • Experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic market • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time preferred • Experience building team AI literacy and confidence, reinforcing trusted and responsible AI use and sound judgement preferred • Travel up to 75% of the time
