📋 Description

• Oversee and execute Quality and Compliance programs for US DePuy Synthes Commercial Quality last-mile operations • Support loaner and field inventory activities across Field Sales Network Locations • Provide oversight and guidance on quality and compliance matters • Partner with Commercial Operations and Deliver on orthopedic field inventory and loaner program matters • Liaise with Franchise Quality, Microbiological Quality, Sterility Assurance, and Commercial Quality partners to resolve quality issues • Ensure compliance with inter-company quality agreements, legal contracts, and quality agreements • Oversee audit and inspection management, field actions, management review, purchasing controls, incidents, quarantines, holds, recalls, and material/product controls • Oversee cGMP, storage, handling, distribution, investigations, and partnerships with franchises, 3PLs, and other partners • Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external distribution-quality matters • Create, review, and approve assessment plans, risk assessments, non-conformance reports, CAPAs, audits, and related documentation • Support creation and revision of global and local procedures • Evaluate compliance risk, recommend corrective actions, and track progress • Serve as Quality representative on project teams • Escalate issues according to policy and report regional metrics • Interview, hire, train, assign, direct, and evaluate employees; address complaints and resolve problems • Manage or collaborate with employees on people, skill, and career development

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience working in a highly matrixed organization is required • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required • Demonstrated ability to manage critical audits • Strong project management experience • Ability to build consensus and lead individuals through change • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to partner effectively across functions • Ability to make complex matters clear and easily understood • Ability to work independently and on teams • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
