📋 Description

• Develop and execute treatment center activation strategies that accelerate patient access to CARVYKTI® • Build tailored activation strategies that enable site readiness, expand patient access, and deliver a differentiated activation experience • Lead end-to-end site certification activities from initial engagement through activation • Serve as the primary point of contact for sites during the activation process • Evaluate site readiness and identify risks • Act as the central orchestrator of the activation process • Deliver operational education and activation guidance • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and expansions • Track activation timelines and deliverable progress • Ensure site readiness for first patient enrollment and CARVYKTI® order fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree helpful • 5+ years of business experience required • Healthcare or biopharma experience preferred • Strong project management and communication skills • Ability to partner and influence without authority across functions and organizations • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Up to 50% travel required, with approximately half of that time potentially involving overnights • Must live within 1.5 hours of a major metro airport within the stated geography • Experience in account management, sales, or another healthcare customer-facing role preferred • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time
