⢠Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on BMS and control systems ⢠Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues efficiently ⢠Configuring and commissioning controllers and network-level devices ⢠Modifying software and maintaining accurate system documentation ⢠Producing service reports and recommendations ⢠Building strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor ⢠Supporting upgrade and lifecycle projects ⢠Promoting OpenBlue and cloud-connected building technologies ⢠Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance
đŻ Requirements
⢠min 3 years' experience within BMS, Building Controls or Automation ⢠Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills ⢠Experience in a customer-facing service environment ⢠Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office ⢠Full UK Driving Licence ⢠Ability to work independently and participate in an out-of-hours callout rota ⢠HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (desirable) ⢠Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys systems (advantageous)
