• Provide visionary leadership and set strategic direction for the global business system • Oversee the enterprise Lean Business System, methodologies, tools, standards, governance, dashboards, and sustainment mechanisms • Partner with executive and senior leadership to drive strategic priorities and enterprise-wide improvement initiatives • Identify and mitigate risks affecting customer outcomes, operational performance, quality, delivery, and enterprise results • Deploy business system standards globally and support leaders in adopting them • Coach and develop senior leaders on Lean behaviors, advanced Lean concepts, and change leadership • Deploy enterprise strategy using Hoshin Kanri • Define, design, and implement the global transactional business system • Develop and deploy Lean practices to improve speed, quality, alignment, and outcomes • Support vertical and horizontal integration across Commercial and Service functions • Lead large-scale improvement initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities • Identify cross-functional improvement opportunities and lead standardization efforts • Perform root-cause analysis and drive process-focused solutions • Use change management frameworks to improve leadership and team collaboration • Utilize digital and AI solutions to accelerate business system deployment and results • Enable global synergies through best-practice sharing and standardization • Mentor business system leaders and foster innovation across the continuous improvement community • Oversee Lean maturity assessments and roadmap development
• Master’s degree in business, Quality, Engineering, or related field • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Continuous Improvement across multiple business domains • Minimum 5–10 years in business roles using a Lean business system • Significant experience working within and with a mature Lean business system • Significant experience leading enterprise business transformations with recognized business impact at scale • Demonstrated leadership capability, especially leading senior leaders indirectly through influence • Strong business acumen • Mastery of Lean systems, cultural transformation, and change leadership • Effective communication and presentation skills across levels and geographies • Proven analytical and systems-thinking capability with end-to-end solution design • Excellent facilitation and strategic-thinking skills • Proactive risk management and issue-resolution skills with appropriate escalation • Willingness to travel 50–75%
