• Provide services to clients seeking a change in property & casualty insurance. • Establish, maintain, and enhance client relationships to resolve issues and retain customers. • Act as an outside sales agent, selling various insurance products. • Develop leads and schedule appointments. • Obtain underwriting approval by completing an application for coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Life, Health & Accident License (state dependent) or ability to get • Property Casualty License (state dependent) or ability to get; (NY, OH, FL, PA) • Prior sales experience not necessary • Bilingual in Spanish preferred • Experience with standard business applications including MS Office • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach to growing business relationships • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving • Coachable
