• 3–5 years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Solutions Engineer within a SaaS organization. • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and requests simultaneously. • Deep understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and integrations. • Proven track record of improving customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention. • Skilled at partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering teams. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and self-driven; able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deliverables. • Comfortable using data and metrics to track performance and inform strategy.
