📋 Description
• Supporting data migration and transformation activities for a Workday HCM implementation • Designing and building data pipelines and ETL processes • Extracting, cleansing, transforming and loading data into Workday • Working closely with business, HR and technology stakeholders to resolve data quality challenges • Supporting data validation, reconciliation and testing activities • Collaborating with implementation partners and programme teams to meet delivery milestones • Helping establish robust migration and governance processes
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Python development experience • Proven Data Engineering experience on enterprise-scale programmes • Deep SQL and relational database expertise • Strong ETL development and data transformation experience • Experience working on complex data migration programmes • Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
