📋 Description

• Design and run lifecycle programs converting new signups into engaged, loyal, high-LTV users • Own end-to-end CRM strategy across in-app, push, and email • Design onboarding journeys with messaging, timing, and triggers to accelerate activation • Build retention and referral programs to deepen usage, drive word of mouth, and improve long-term retention • Design cross-channel journeys delivering the right benefit to the right user at the right moment • Partner with Data on behavioral segmentation and triggers • Partner with Product to align lifecycle nudges with the in-app experience • Run a continuous A/B testing program covering hypotheses, tests, learnings, and iterations • Use AI for segmentation, copy iteration, QA, reporting, personalization, experimentation, and lifecycle logic • Collaborate with Product, Data, User Acquisition, and Brand teams • Report to the VP Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing • Ideally experience in a high-growth mobile or consumer app • End-to-end ownership of lifecycle programs • Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar • Knowledge of in-app, push, and email CRM • Knowledge of deliverability, segmentation logic, template design, and orchestration • Fluency in cohort curves, funnel data, and A/B test results • Experience running structured A/B testing programs • Hands-on experience building AI solutions for workflows or impact • Native-level French • Fluent English
