🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience in digital project or marketing operations within an agency environment •Expert-level knowledge of ClickUp, Jira, GHL, HubSpot, GA4, and reporting tools •Demonstrated experience running sprints and agile project management practices •Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and marketing ROI •Skilled in workflow automation, lead tracking, and data validation processes •Excellent communication and team leadership skills—able to drive accountability and clarity •Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output environment with multiple moving parts •Proactive, tech-savvy, trustworthy, and firm in follow-up and task closure
