📋 Description

• We are seeking a Senior Designer with 5–7 years of agency or niche-specific in-house experience to lead visual design across our digital marketing initiatives. • You will partner with marketing strategists to create and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, ad banners, and supporting collateral. • A data-driven approach to iterate toward higher engagement and conversions is essential. • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, junior designers, and ensure every asset aligns with client branding and buyer personas.

🎯 Requirements

• MUST be proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects / CS etc.) • 3+ years of web and graphics design experience • 3+ years’ experience designing front-end visual layouts for WordPress based websites • 3+ years’ experience designing ad banners (Facebook and Google AdWords) • Experience with Wireframing tools (eg. Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, etc.) considered a nice-to-have • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript considered a nice-to-have
