📋 Description

• Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets. • Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, ranging from a fully remote experience to working full-time in one of our physical offices. • We're looking for an experienced product manager to transform investment fund administration in the private markets. • You’ll join our growing team to bring manual offline workflows into AI-native digital experiences. • You will leverage these insights to drive the full product lifecycle from high level roadmap definition and stakeholder alignment all the way through execution, GTM, and delivery of value to customers. • This role would benefit from in-person collaboration in San Francisco, where many of our product management, design, and engineering personnel are based. • At Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management role • Fund administration or other private markets investing experience would be a plus but is not required • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training • Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex, technical products in an iterative, agile manner • Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases • Experience developing AI systems would be a plus • Proven ability to motivate, lead and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing, presentations and collaboration with a diverse set of colleagues from engineering to operations to go-to-market teams
