Designed to be GDPR and professional-law compliant, JUPUS aims to reduce administrative effort, increase qualified mandates, and free up billable time for legal teams.

📋 Description

• Own the data platform end to end, including ingestion, raw layer, ClickHouse warehouse, and dbt project • Modernise the existing platform and make historical trends accurately reflect what happened • Ensure data reliability, correctness, and trustworthy historical records • Own business metrics, beginning with the customer health score, including definitions, denominators, eligibility rules, and limitations • Work with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and leadership to turn business questions into durable, defensible metrics • Manage warehouse architecture, query costs, and data delivery surfaces into BI and CRM • Establish authoritative written definitions for leadership-visible numbers • Define conventions and standards for the growing Data function • Report to the Head of Engineering and collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business-facing data colleagues • Spend approximately 70% of time building hands-on and 30% defining, documenting, and explaining

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience in data engineering or analytics engineering with production ownership of a warehouse and transformation layer • Production experience with ClickHouse • Ownership-level dbt experience, including incremental models, snapshots, tests, macros, and CI/CD • Python data engineering experience with EL tooling, S3, and CI-based orchestration owned end to end • Experience with product event streams such as PostHog, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or similar • Understanding of user-to-company identity and group association issues and their downstream metric impact • Experience defining a business KPI end to end and defending it to non-technical stakeholders • Analytical rigour involving cohorts, correct denominators, and stated sample sizes • Ability to act independently without waiting for a ticket • Comfort presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders while maintaining a technical position • Located within CET +/-2 • Permanent employment availability; B2B contracting is not accepted
