📋 Description

• Modify and enhance existing PCB designs, ensuring optimal performance and manufacturability • Perform approximately 80% hands-on PCB design and 20% project coordination and meetings • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams • Demonstrate independent problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges • Prioritize efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of design solutions • Participate in an initial onsite engagement in Kalmar (1 week), followed by remote work with potential for long-term involvement

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience using Cadence PCB design tools • Proven expertise in high-power electronics and PCB layout for simulation • Strong knowledge of stack-up materials, manufacturability, and test board design • Experience working in corporate environments • Excellent English communication skills; Swedish language skills are a plus • Prior experience with major telecom or electronics companies is advantageous
