• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team. • Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting multiple business divisions. • Handle daily accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Record daily journal entries with supporting documents and post closing entries (accruals, payroll, EOS, fixed assets) and maintain proper documentation, scanning. • Create and issue invoices; update collections in CRM and relevant portals. • Verify supplier invoices and update supplier information in systems; reconcile supplier accounts. • Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations for invoicing and reporting.
• Minimum [3:5] of relevant accounting experience (real estate/medical/investments sector) • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. • High attention to detail and ability to work with high transaction volumes. • Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
