• Advertising and selling our DiGA "Kaia Rückenschmerzen" to healthcare professionals within a defined territory • Daily travel for in-person visits to healthcare professionals • Presenting our digital therapy and demonstrating the product • Gathering insights on the drivers and barriers for Kaia's products • Structuring healthcare professional visits to achieve sales targets • Identifying and pursuing new HCP prospects in the region • Supporting engagement at congresses and conferences • Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintaining thorough documentation in our CRM system
• Qualification/training as a pharmaceutical sales representative • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or a related industry • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Resilience — not deterred by a "no" and able to continue the conversation or attempt to persuade • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory • Basic understanding of technology and the ability to learn and convey the benefits of a digital therapy • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
