📋 Description

• Support onboarding and business-as-usual support for customers using the Kainos Smart Product Suite • Provide customer support through the Kainos Smart Gold Service • Execute, report on and maintain customer test packs • Analyse customer test coverage and recommend enhancements and improvements • Liaise directly with customers regularly • Analyse customers’ Workday configurations and understand HCM, Recruiting, Financials, Payroll and Security domains • Define, design, build and refine test packs aligned with customer test strategies • Transfer knowledge of the Smart Product Suite to customer teams and colleagues • Help deliver added value to customers • Contribute to continuous improvement of Kainos Smart Testing and Audit products • Suggest new features and functionality and liaise with development on feature and fix creation and testing • Deliver as part of a team, support junior team members and foster an inclusive culture

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent customer focus with experience in a customer-facing environment • Positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritise, plan workload and meet key deadlines • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining high quality and accuracy • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work within remote teams and alongside customers, as well as independently with limited supervision • Desirable: Business, Finance, Computer Science or related degree to honours level • Desirable: Understanding of manual and automated testing • Desirable: Exposure to software development, business analysis or quality assurance/test consulting • Desirable: Experience implementing on-premise or cloud-based Financials/Business Applications such as CRM, ERP, BI or HCM • Desirable: Experience with the Workday Application Suite
