📋 Description

• Lead and assure significant engagements from concept through delivery • Shape product strategies and business cases • Deliver Agile transformation and programmes in a user-centred product context • Manage, coach and develop a small number of senior staff • Focus on managing employee performance • Lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Drive focused outcomes from large gatherings of diverse stakeholders and interest groups • Translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Manage multidisciplinary teams • Mentor and coach team members and the wider community

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, User Experience, Agile and Programme Assurance disciplines • In-depth experience of at least two major business verticals • Experience of at least two business application environments, such as CRM or eCommerce • Strong C-Level stakeholder communication and relationship-building experience • Experience coaching and mentoring clients • Broad business and technology understanding and awareness of industry trends • Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an agile team • Experience of line management or coaching • Expert facilitation skills • Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics • Demonstrated adaptability to embrace and lead in new disciplines • Excellent communication, persuasion and decision-justification skills • Ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Management delivery methodologies • Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines in uncertain and fast-changing environments • Strong team management skills, including management of multidisciplinary teams • Ability to manage, mentor and coach team and wider community members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Desirable: experience in a digital start-up • Desirable: product management and delivery of high-quality digital products • Desirable: full-service digital agency experience • Desirable: experience leading Digital Transformation initiatives • Desirable: project management experience across waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 or MSP • Desirable: Certified Scrum Product Owner • Desirable: participation in communities of interest
