📋 Description

• Lead and assure significant engagements from concept through delivery • Shape product strategies and business cases • Deliver Agile transformation and programmes in a user-centred product context • Manage, coach and develop senior staff • Manage employee performance • Facilitate focused outcomes among diverse stakeholders and interest groups • Plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Manage multidisciplinary teams and develop team members and the wider community

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, User Experience, Agile and Programme Assurance disciplines • In-depth experience of at least two major business verticals • Experience of at least two business application environments • Experience communicating and building relationships with C-level stakeholders, including client coaching and mentoring • Broad business and technology understanding and awareness of industry trends • Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an agile team • Experience of line management or coaching • Expert facilitation of diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics • Adaptability to embrace and lead in new disciplines • Excellent communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines in uncertain, fast-changing environments • Strong team management skills, including management of multidisciplinary teams • Ability to manage, mentor and coach team and wider-community members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience of working in a digital start-up (desirable) • Experience as a product manager delivering digital products (desirable) • Experience in a full-service digital agency environment (desirable) • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives (desirable) • Project management experience across methodologies and frameworks such as waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 and MSP (desirable) • Certified Scrum Product Owner (desirable) • Participation in communities of interest (desirable)
