📋 Description

• Lead and assure significant engagements from concept through delivery • Shape product strategies and business cases • Deliver Agile transformation and programmes in a user-centred product context • Manage, coach and develop senior staff • Focus on managing employee performance • Facilitate focused outcomes from large gatherings of diverse stakeholders • Plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Manage and mentor team members and the wider community

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive vertical knowledge of Product Management, User Experience, Agile and Programme Assurance disciplines • In-depth experience of at least two major business verticals • Experience of at least two business application environments • Strong C-Level stakeholder communication and relationship building • Broad business and technology understanding and awareness of industry trends • Demonstrable experience delivering as part of an agile team • Experience of line management or coaching • Expert facilitation of diverse stakeholder groups • Ability to plan and lead consulting engagements from initiation through completion • Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business and project dynamics • Adaptability to embrace and lead in new disciplines • Excellent communication skills • Ability to translate business requirements into cost-effective functional requirements • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies • Ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines in uncertain and fast-changing environments • Strong team management skills, including managing multi-disciplinary teams • Ability to manage, mentor and coach team and community members • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Desirable: experience in a digital start-up • Desirable: product management and digital product delivery experience • Desirable: full-service digital agency experience • Desirable: Digital Transformation leadership experience • Desirable: project management experience across waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2 or MSP • Desirable: Certified Scrum Product Owner • Desirable: participation in communities of interest
