📋 Description

• Responsible for team's backlog maturity, taking ownership of features from inception to delivery • Drive MVP thinking and communicate its value to the team and relevant stakeholders • Lead agile ceremonies, encouraging engagement and discussion • Plan and run workshops with stakeholders to facilitate consensus • Actively participate in product capability and support initiative delivery • Manage, coach and develop a small number of staff with a focus on performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bespoke software delivery, operating as part of an agile team for external customers • Defence sector experience • Active SC clearance • Experience of the software development lifecycle, from analysis to live operations • Excellent facilitator of workshops, able to lead stakeholder groups • Proficient at modelling As-is and To-be business processes • Experience in stakeholder management, able to challenge decisions where appropriate • Responsible for managing team's backlog, ensuring quality and maturity • Eliciting functional, technical and non-functional requirements and translating into user stories • Ability to use prioritisation techniques to refine the backlog • Proven ability to manage scope for MVP delivery • Excellent user story writing skills • Ability to build trusted relationships within and outside the team • Experience contributing to sales activities
