• Responsible for teams backlog maturity • Taking ownership of features from inception to delivery • Drive MVP thinking with the team and stakeholders • Run agile ceremonies • Plan and run workshops with stakeholders • Actively participate in product capability delivery • Manage, coach, and develop staff with a performance focus

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bespoke software delivery in an agile team • Defence sector experience • Active SC clearance • Understanding of software development lifecycle • Excellent facilitation of workshops • Accomplished at modelling business processes • Stakeholder management experience • Responsible for managing team backlog • Eliciting functional, technical and non-functional requirements • Ability to use prioritization techniques • Proven ability to manage scope • Excellent user story writing skills • Ability to build trusted relationships • Client/supplier relationship experience • Experience contributing to sales activities • Experienced in Agile methodologies • Ability to explain technical jargon to non-technical teams
