📋 Description
• Lead across one or more multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams • Own the end-to-end backlog for a product • Lead business analysts and product consultants on the project • Work with delivery managers and solution architects to shape work approach • Support engagement with product or programme-level business stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in bespoke software delivery, operating as a part of an agile team • UK Public sector experience (central government) • Experience in shaping the approach taken in a range of phases of the software development lifecycle • Experience devising goal-oriented roadmaps • Experience leading product teams • Strong commercial awareness and active participation in revenue or sales-generating activity
