📋 Description

• Bridge data science and software engineering to productionize AI and machine learning solutions for Workday Products • Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams • Integrate AI models into production systems • Optimize AI solution performance • Maintain the reliability of AI-driven features • Contribute to the technical growth of the team • Build robust, scalable AI solutions that enhance Workday Products offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software development experience • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ • Experience writing clean, efficient, maintainable production-grade AI code • Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models to production environments • Understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and monitoring • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML Studio • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Data engineering skills, including data pipelines, data wrangling, and enterprise data-system integration • Exposure to agile software development practices and experience working in agile teams • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable • Familiarity with Workday APIs, data structures, and integration patterns is desirable • Experience designing generative AI solutions using large language models is desirable • Exposure to deep learning techniques such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers is desirable • Participation in conferences, workshops, or blogs is desirable
