📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end, efficient and consistent service experiences • Advocate for needs-based design, design research, design thinking and service design • Guide others in needs-based design, design research, design thinking and service design principles • Create exemplary digital services within the Experience Design capability • Manage, coach and develop a small number of staff • Manage employee performance and assist with career development • Work with researchers and wider teams to create experience maps and service blueprints • Design, lead and facilitate workshops to drive outcomes • Influence the future of the service experience • Create positive, measurable impact through quality digital products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Provide clear visibility of the end-to-end service experience • Input to and influence the future of the service experience • Familiarity with a range of strategic models and ability to apply them • Understanding of business analysis to form problem statements • Guidance in needs-based design, design research, design thinking and service design • Coaching and support for junior team members • Comfortable working with researchers and wider teams to create experience maps and service blueprints • Understanding of research and design methodologies and approaches • Ability to design, lead and facilitate workshops using varied techniques • Effective communication at all levels • Excellent commercial awareness • Understanding of stakeholder management and landscape identification, facilitation and mapping • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach and develop senior team members and the wider community • Desirable: experience in a full-service digital agency environment • Desirable: experience with Agile delivery methodologies
