📋 Description

• Act as primary technical point of contact for Partners • Provide authoritative technical guidance and product knowledge • Own, maintain and improve documentation, training materials, and user guides • Support onboarding of new customers and Partners • Liaison between Partners and Kainos PTA functions • Manage escalations and resolve platform-related issues • Build relationships with key stakeholders for Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Workday HCM certified • Consulting experience in professional services or technology environment • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA) experience • Experience of Workday implementations, including deployment, configuration and tenant setup • Ability to translate customer needs into operational solutions • Experience in a technical, customer- or partner-facing role within a technology environment • Experience creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and enablement materials • Great networking and relationship-building skills • Experience in an agile, tech-focused or Cloud SaaS environment
