📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and validate end-to-end product experiences within the Account & Payments vertical. • Structure clear information hierarchies and scalable component logic for complex user journeys. • Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and co-create solutions. • Shape UX architecture and interaction logic, ensuring scalability and consistency with the KATA Design System. • Deliver responsive, high-fidelity interfaces while documenting design intent for smooth implementation. • Participate in design critiques and cross-time-zone rituals to maintain alignment and shared standards. • Promote Kaizen’s values and design culture as a proud and genuine Kaizener ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design (UX/UI) within fintech, e-commerce, or similar digital platforms. • Solid foundation in UX architecture, interaction design, and prototyping. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and collaborative tools (FigJam, Miro, etc.). • Excellent command of English (team language). • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams. • Ability to design from research-driven inputs, translating insights into meaningful user experiences. • No people management required; expected to work with high ownership and autonomy.
