📋 Description

• Refine existing product functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience • Ensure consistency across the product and maintain a cohesive look and feel • Implement performance improvements that directly impact end users • Improve layout, interactions, responsiveness, and visual polish • Collaborate with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers • Build scalable backend solutions as the company grows • Drive projects to completion with significant individual impact on technology and business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Track record of improving and polishing functionalities to bring premium user experience (ideally) • Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving • Experience in a modern front-end framework, preferably React • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python; strong candidates from other object-oriented backgrounds considered • Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, EC2), asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments • Comfort with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL • Bonus: experience with LLMs/generative AI and distributed systems • Ability to take full ownership of work and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight • Proactive communication, including surfacing blockers, asking questions, and keeping stakeholders informed • Comfort testing ideas, measuring results, and iterating quickly
