📋 Description

• Lead onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for enterprise customers • Act as project manager for enterprise accounts, maintaining project plans, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users • Facilitate kickoff meetings, process reviews, configuration workshops, and tailored training • Advise customers on workflow design, firm operations, best practices, and change management • Coach firms through process changes, adoption, and resistance management • Support accurate and complete importing of contacts and work items • Identify and mitigate implementation delays and adoption risks • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams • Drive measurable customer ROI and long-term success on the Karbon platform • Use ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations for planning, communications, and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations • 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience • Experience in project management and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously • Experience facilitating workshops and executive-level conversations • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable steps • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Experience working with data and systems, ensuring integrity during migrations and configuration • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently • Experience with Excel and other data-import tools • Bonus: experience in accounting or tax, workflow/accounting/project-management software, software onboarding or enterprise implementations, change-management frameworks, startup/high-growth SaaS, or Karbon
