• Perform maintenance, inspections and repairs on our state-of-the-art, fully automated logistics systems at customer sites. • Work closely with our Key Account Managers to optimize customer relationships and identify areas for improvement. • Provide training and instruction to our customers. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented actions. • Use innovative service tools to respond efficiently and effectively to customer needs. • Work independently and be willing to travel beyond the defined service area.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in mechanics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or as an energy systems electrician/-mechanic with authorization to work on electrical circuits, or an equivalent qualification. • Technician qualification and welding certificate are advantageous. • Initial professional experience in mechanics, electronics, as well as control and converter technology, ideally in the area of storage and retrieval machines (SRM) and conveyor technology. • Independent working style and willingness to travel beyond the defined service region. • Good English skills and proficiency in MS Office.
