• Preventative & corrective maintenance of Kardex systems & solutions • Complete jobs in a timely manner according to set quality standards • Customer training (Operator, Health & Safety, Maintenance etc.) • Generate leads • Administrative management tasks (reporting, personal spare parts inventory, etc.) • Provide remote diagnostics (via phone or remote connection) • On-call service to customers • PLC troubleshooting & diagnostics • Basic Software troubleshooting • Understand, promote and advise on Kardex Remstar products and services
