📋 Description

• Own and manage the SAP O2C application landscape within the NorthStar program. • Ensure alignment of the O2C system solution with the global process design and Kardex strategy. • Act as the primary functional expert for SAP SD and O2C-related processes (e.g., customer orders, billing, pricing) and in-depth understanding of related data- and table-structure. • Collaborate with the O2C Process Owner and IT Solution Architect to prioritize and implement enhancements, change requests, and system improvements, managing ongoing customization and reduced developments as needed. • Ensure SAP solutions are stable, scalable, and support efficient end-to-end O2C processes. • Partner with the systems integrator to support rollouts and release updates, including fit-gap analysis, configuration reviews, testing, training, and Go Live activities; actively contribute to preparation for go-lives. • Actively support the testing and training phase in collaboration with the systems integrator and key users ahead of the first pilot go-live. • Serve as the key support contact for the O2C Global Key User and the Key User community across business units and geographies. • Develop, maintain and continuously improve clear process documentation and training materials. • Support global and local master data quality (business partner master data, pricing, and sales documents). • Actively participate in master data governance and contribute as a Master Data Expert in the MDG/MDM community. • Collaborate closely with adjacent process areas (e.g., L2O, R2R, P2D, I2R) to ensure integration, interface control and data flow consistency. • Support development and standardization of O2C-related reports and KPIs. • Ensure compliance with the global SAP O2C template and process standards. • Act as a main interface between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into SAP functionality. • Monitor and assess system usage and process adoption across regions, driving improvements where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor´s or master´s degree in economics, business management, financial management or equivalent professional education with several years of professional experience • English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate) or C1 (intermediate) • German or other European languages are an advantage • 5 years of experience with SAP SD applications (Sales & Distribution) in SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana systems in an application leadership role (e.g. key user, process manager) • Experience in SAP order processing, data management and sales reporting • Preferably basic knowledge in SAP processing of configurable materials and in SAP roles and authorizations to ensure appropriate access control and support for business operations. • In-depth Microsoft applications knowledge (e.g. Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI) • Experience of working in a global matrix industrial manufacturing organization • Strong ownership mindset for the O2C Process and SAP application • Process design knowledge to ensure mapping of workflows into SAP functionality • Solution orientated with strong organizational and time management skills • Demonstrates a structured, reliable, and persevering approach to work • Willingness to travel nationally / internationally (40%)
