• You provide strategic and operational advice to financial advisors on property insurance for private and commercial clients • You develop and implement training formats to improve technical and sales qualifications • You coach sales partners directly during client meetings and optimize the advisory process • You make independent risk assessment and pricing decisions within the scope of your authority • You design sales strategies to strengthen market position and sales performance • You actively contribute ideas for the development of products and processes
• You have solid technical knowledge, advisory skills and strategic thinking — and want to actively drive sales in property insurance • You have several years of practical experience in property insurance — ideally in advisory or sales roles • You possess in-depth non-life/composite knowledge, e.g., contents insurance for businesses, business interruption insurance or building/property insurance • You make decisions confidently and take responsibility for your areas of work • You present professionally in trainings and client meetings • You think analytically and act strategically to improve sales processes in a targeted manner • You work with goal orientation and actively contribute to increasing sales success
