📋 Description

• Lead the department heads who each oversee several specialist groups with internal staff and external service providers who develop courses and qualify participants • Lead the planning team responsible for operational capacity and deployment management of all course developers and instructors • Identify and create new courses for continuing education and retraining across all specialisms based on market requirements and in collaboration with Product Management and Business Development • Advance the processes and formats for course development, knowledge transfer and participant interaction using AI in cooperation with our AI team • Manage the course portfolio and internal and external resources to optimize results • Continuously promote and develop the teams professionally and pedagogically-didactically in collaboration with Quality Management • Further develop processes, control formats and reports to derive measures for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, a natural science, computer science or a comparable qualification • Several years of leadership experience and accountability for results in complex service organizations • Experience using AI to develop and increase the efficiency of services and processes and/or to generate content for demanding client groups (preferably in the education sector) • Experience implementing change processes • Routine in capacity and deployment planning for employees under conflicting objectives • Strong numerical orientation and experience using KPIs for management • Experience in optimizing service processes and using ESM solutions is a plus • Understanding of digital learning formats and modern didactics (competency-based learning objectives, assessment design, learning paths) and experience with LMS/LXP solutions
