📋 Description

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Voice Agent in the Arabic market • Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle: from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and operations teams to deliver seamless user experiences • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and cultural nuance • Ensure the AI Voice Agent meets enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and compliance standards • Work directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders to align the product with their needs and expectations • Monitor KPIs, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions • Represent the product internally and externally, ensuring strategic alignment with broader company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in software or technology companies • Proven track record in AI, conversational agents, or digital product ecosystems ; direct experience in building AI Agents is required • Experience in building Voice Agents (voicebots, IVR, telephony, or speech interfaces) is a strong plus • Solid background in User Experience (UX) design principles and user-centric product development • Strong technical acumen with the ability to work on products involving complex technical architecture (cloud, APIs, integrations, NLP, etc.) • Exceptional communication skills: fluent English (spoken and written) • Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural context • Active passport and willingness to relocate to the GCC / Middle East region • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
