📋 Description

• Act as the onsite lead for the SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) workstream, coordinating with business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams. • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Lead and participate in workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with business and IT teams. • Manage configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of SAP RTR components (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Consolidation, etc.). • Support Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Collaborate with other functional teams (PTP, OTC, FP&A, CO, etc.) for seamless end-to-end finance process integration. • Oversee and ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and internal controls (SOX, GAAP/IFRS standards). • Provide production support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR domain. • Lead status reporting, issue management, and stakeholder communication. • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer to business and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of SAP FICO/RTR experience, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations as an RTR Lead. • Deep understanding of SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, Taxation, Consolidation) modules and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, etc.). • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of business processes in accounting, reporting, and financial controls. • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Ability to interface with senior finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into IT solutions. • Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore). • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. • US work authorization is required. • Preferred Qualifications • SAP S/4HANA Certification in Finance or FICO. • Experience in integration with Central Finance or Group Reporting . • Exposure to automation tools (RPA, AI/ML for finance processes) or reporting tools (BW/BI, SAC) . • Experience in pharma, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries is an added advantage.
