📋 Description

• Undertake technical tasks such as safety assessment, risk assessment, hazard identification, hazard analysis, safety functional requirements. • Internal and external hazards assessments. • Authoring or reviewing/verifying safety related documents. • Engineering substantiation of systems, structures and components against safety requirements. • Safety case development and support for nuclear plant.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related technical discipline. • Typically, 3+ years of experience in the nuclear industry. • Chartered Member of an Engineering Institution e.g. (IMechE, IET) or working towards professional registration. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness to handle shifting requirements and manage your own workload. • A motivation to continually learn, improve and stretch yourself. • A willingness to travel and spend time on client sites. • Experience delivering projects for UK nuclear licensees. • Familiarity with the UK regulatory regime for nuclear licenced sites. • Eligible for UK Security Clearance.
